Help Desk Escalation ProcedureI wanted to experiment with SpicyNodes, so I visualized my Help Desk Escalation Procedure template.  There is really nothing new to this, just a different way of displaying the data.  I may come up with some neater ideas on how to use SpicyNodes in the future.  Let me know what you think or if you have created any neat SpicyNodes.
